为适应多有效载荷发射任务,分配器结构往往具有分支多、质心高、频率低等特点,在一定程度上增大了动力学环境严酷度的风险,给结构轻质高刚度设计带来了挑战。本文给出结构刚度分配方法和设计流程,指出刚度指标应尽量量化,并可通过理论分析或地面试验进行验证。该方法同时适用于多星和单星发射任务。
In order to meet the requirements of multiple payload launch tasks, the distributor structure often has the characteristics of many branches, high centroid and low frequency, which increases the risk of severe dynamic environment to some extent and poses a challenge to the design of lightweight and high rigidity structure . In this paper, the distribution method and design flow of structural stiffness are given. It is pointed out that the stiffness index should be quantified as much as possible and verified by theoretical analysis or ground test. This method is suitable for both multi-satellite and single-satellite launch missions.
