逆境效应是环境对道地药材形成影响的一种表现,其主要核心思想是环境饰变通过影响药用植物基因的表达,从而影响其次生代谢产物的形成和积累。该文以热河黄芩为研究对象,从19个产区采集野生黄芩,分析其活性成分的含量,并结合近10年1—12月的气候因子的变化,得出气候因子影响黄芩活性成分积累的结论。随后以黄芩悬浮细胞为材料,模拟环境变化,检测其代谢途径中相关酶和基因的变化,从分子水平上阐述“逆境效应”对黄芩药材品质的影响。该文介绍了道地药材形成“逆境效应”实验验证的前提条件、黄芩道地性形成“逆境效应”研究思路和研究进展,并对未来研究的发展趋势进行展望,以期为其他道地药材品质形成机制研究提供借鉴。
Adversity effect is a manifestation of the impact of environment on medicinal plants. The main idea is that environmental modification affects the expression and formation of secondary metabolites by influencing the expression of medicinal plant genes.
