本文用V_2O_5代替通常使用的钒铁,并以铝粉为还原剂,研究了在硼砂浴中进行钢表面渗钒的方法。试验结果表明:渗钒层硬度为HV_(0.05)2800~3200,渗钒层的增加速度与加热时间之间存在一定的线性关系;讨论了碳及其它合金元素对渗钒层形成的影响,认为渗钒层的增加速度决定于材料基体的碳浓度及碳原子的迁移速度;介绍了盐浴的调整方法和发现的问题,最后还介绍了渗钒方法在铣刀上的使用效果。
In this paper, V 2 O 5 instead of the commonly used ferrovanadium, and aluminum powder as reducing agent, studied in the borax bath steel vanadium infiltration method. The experimental results show that the hardness of vanadizing layer is HV0.05-2800 ~ 3200, and there is a certain linear relationship between the increasing speed of vanadizing layer and the heating time. The effect of carbon and other alloying elements on the formation of vanadate is discussed. The rate of increase of the vanadizing layer is determined by the carbon concentration of the material matrix and the migration speed of the carbon atoms. The method of adjusting the salt bath and the problems discovered are introduced. Finally, the effect of the vanadizing method on the milling cutter is also introduced.
