在室内采用生长速率法和凹玻片法测定6种杀菌剂对葡萄炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)孢子萌发和菌丝生长的抑制效果。结果表明,吡唑醚菌酯对病菌的孢子萌发抑制效果最显著,EC50达0.012 9 mg/L;其次为福美双,EC_(50)为0.230 9 mg/L。戊唑醇、吡唑醚菌酯、多菌灵、苯醚甲环唑对抑制病菌菌丝生长具有良好效果,EC_(50)均小于1 mg/L;其次为福美双,EC_(50)值为11.687 3 mg/L。
The inhibition of spore germination and mycelial growth of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides by six kinds of fungicides was determined by growth rate method and concave-slide method indoors. The results showed that pyraclostrobin had the most significant inhibitory effect on spore germination of the pathogen with EC50 of 0.012 9 mg / L, followed by thiram with EC50 of 0.230 9 mg / L. Tebuconazole, pyraclostrobin, carbendazim and difenoconazole had good effects on inhibiting the mycelial growth of pathogenic bacteria with EC50 of less than 1 mg / L, followed by thiram and EC50 values of 50 11.687 3 mg / L.
