2009年5月1日起施行的《中华人民共和国企业国有资产法》及长治市政府办公厅同年8月下发的《关于做好企业国有资产进场转让和处置工作的通知》,为进一步规范长治市企业国有产权交易秩序产生了重要作用。但是,大量非国有企业(包括集体企业)的资产转让和处置却一直游离于产权市场之外。争取非国有企业资产处置应是产权市场今后工作的一个重要方向。 The Law of State-owned Assets of Enterprises of the People’s Republic of China, which came into force on May 1, 2009, and the Circular of the General Office of Changzhi Municipal Government in August of the same year on Notification of Handling Transferring and Disposal of State-owned Assets of Enterprises, in order to further regulate Changzhi City, state-owned property transactions have played an important role. However, the transfer and disposal of assets by a large number of non-state-owned enterprises (including collective enterprises) have always been free from the property market. Striving for the disposal of assets of non-state-owned enterprises should be an important direction for the future work of the property market.
