采用丙烯酸树脂 (PA或PA′)对水性聚氨酯 (PU)改性 ,研究了丙烯酸树脂改性的水性聚氨酯的性能与结构。结果表明 :设计PU分子链硬段与PA分子链形成化学键 ,材料中PUA及PU/PA中PU分子链硬段与PA分子链具有较高的相容性和共混程度 ;机械共混物PU/PA中PU分子链、PA分子链之间的共混主要集中于PU乳胶粒、PA乳胶粒表层 ;PUA及PUA′材料PU分子链与PA分子链之间处于一定的微相分离状态。PUA′及PU/PA某些性能明显比PU有所改善 ,PUA达到二树脂性能优势明显互补 ,综合性能显著提高。
Adopting acrylic resin (PA or PA ’) to modify waterborne polyurethane (PU), the properties and structure of acrylic resin modified waterborne polyurethane were studied. The results show that the hard segment of PU molecular chain is designed to form a chemical bond with the PA molecular chain. The PU PUA and PU / PA hard segments have higher compatibility and PA molecular chain. The mechanical blends PU / PA PU molecular chains, PA molecular chains are mainly concentrated in the PU latex particles, PA latex particles surface; PUA and PUA ’materials PU molecular chains and PA molecular chains in a certain micro-phase separation. Some properties of PUA ’and PU / PA are obviously better than those of PU. PUA achieves the obvious advantage of two resin performance advantages and the overall performance is significantly improved.
