通过在ZG35CrMo铸钢中加入适量的RE-Ca,可使钢的一次晶细化,魏氏组织基本消除,铁素体沿晶界网状分布得以改善,非金属夹杂物弥散均匀分布,从而使钢具有较高的综合力学性能,克服了一般低合金钢的热裂倾向大的缺点。
By adding proper amount of RE-Ca to ZG35CrMo cast steel, the primary crystal of steel can be refined and the Westend organization can be basically eliminated. The distribution of ferrite along the grain boundary can be improved and the non-metallic inclusions can be uniformly distributed. Steel has a high overall mechanical properties, to overcome the general tendency of low-alloy steel hot cracking the shortcomings.
