目的探讨毒素清颗粒对内毒素肺损伤兔肺组织炎症因子表达的影响。方法静脉注射脂多糖建立兔肺损伤模型。将大耳白兔36只随机分为空白组,模型组,毒素清颗粒大、中、小剂量组,双黄连组。测定各组肺组织炎症因子的表达。结果与空白组比较,模型组肺组织巨噬细胞炎症蛋白2信使核糖核酸(M IP-2 mRNA)和肺组织巨噬细胞、白细胞介素1(IL-1)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα-)、细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM-1)和血管细胞黏附分子1(VCAM-1)表达显著增强(P<0.01);与模型组比较,毒素清颗粒组各炎症因子表达明显减弱(P<0.01或P<0.05),双黄连组巨噬细胞、IL-1、TNF-α、ICAM-1和VCAM-1表达明显减弱(P<0.01)。结论毒素清颗粒和双黄连均能显著抑制内毒素所致兔肺损伤模型炎症因子表达。
Objective To investigate the effect of Duanqing Granule on the expression of inflammatory cytokines in lung tissue of rabbits with endotoxin-induced lung injury. Methods Rabbit lung injury model was established by intravenous injection of lipopolysaccharide. Thirty-six large white rabbits were randomly divided into blank group, model group, toxin-qing granules group of large, medium and small doses, and Shuanghuanglian group. The expression of inflammatory factors in lung tissues of each group was measured. Results Compared with the blank group, the macrophages of the lung tissue in the model group were inflammatory protein 2 mRNA (MIP-2 mRNA) and lung macrophage, interleukin-1 (IL-1), tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα-) The expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) was significantly increased (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the expression of inflammatory factors was significantly decreased in the Toxin-Clean Granule group (P< 0.01 or P<0.05), Shuanghuanglian group macrophage, IL-1, TNF-α, ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 expression was significantly reduced (P <0.01). Conclusion Both Toxin Clear Granules and Shuanghuanglian can significantly inhibit the expression of inflammatory cytokines in lung injury model induced by endotoxin in rabbits.
