目的 :了解醛糖还原酶 (AR)基因 5’端微卫星多态性在中国北方汉族人群中的分布特点及其在不同种族间分布的差异。方法 :通过同位素放射自显影方法对 1 1 7例正常中国北方汉族AR基因 5’端微卫星多态性进行检测 ,并结合文献对不同种族间该基因位点多态性进行比较分析。结果 :中国北方汉族人群中存在 9个等位基因 ,2 3种基因型 ,各等位基因出现频率与香港中国人群无差异 ,但Z等位基因频率与英国白人间存在明显差异 ,Z/Z纯合子在英国白人中显著增高。结论 :AR基因 5’端微卫星多态性在不同种族间存在着明显差异。这种差异可能是导致AR基因多态性在不同种族糖尿病慢性并发症中有不同结果的原因之一
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the distribution characteristics of 5 ’microsatellite polymorphism of aldose reductase (AR) gene in Chinese Han population in northern China and its distribution among different races. Methods: The 5’-region 5 ’microsatellite polymorphism of AR gene was detected by isotope autoradiography in 117 Chinese Han nationality in north China. The polymorphism of this gene in different ethnic groups was compared with the literature. Results: There were 9 alleles and 23 genotypes in Chinese Han population in northern China. There was no difference between the frequency of alleles and the Chinese population in Hong Kong, but the frequency of Z allele was significantly different from that of white people in the UK. Z / Z Homozygotes were significantly higher in British whites. Conclusion: There is a significant difference between the 5 ’microsatellite polymorphisms of AR gene in different races. This difference may be one of the reasons leading to different results of AR gene polymorphisms in chronic complications of different racial diabetes
