小组合作学习极大地调动了学生学习的积极性,学生主体地位得以彰显,综合素质能力得到锻炼,课堂成了他们培养兴趣、提升能力、展示才华的舞台。但是,我们也不难发现,课堂教学的小组合作交流中,有的秩序井然,目标达成率高,而有的小组则一盘散沙,讨论不出东西。为什么同时建成,同步进行的小组会出现如此大的反差呢?是什么力量左右着小组的发展呢?不难发现,影响小组发展的一只无形的手就是小组文化。小组文化是小组中自觉形成的一种小组独特风貌,它能产生小组独特的文化底蕴,营造能影响小组成员的人文氛围。小组文化建设是在合作中唤起学生主动参与,鼓励学生发展个性,激发学生的创造能
The group cooperative learning has greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of students for learning, students’ main body status has been demonstrated, and the overall quality ability has been exercised. However, it is not difficult for us to find that in the group cooperation and communication in the classroom teaching, some orders are well-ordered and the target attainment rate is high, while some groups are scattered and cannot discuss anything.
