目的评价现场检测牛血吸虫病的常规粪便孵化法的真实性和可靠性。方法将已知的血吸虫病阳性牛粪和阴性牛粪分别用孵化法做病原学检测,评价孵化法的真实性;平行检测孵化法的可靠性。结果粪便孵化法检测血吸虫病的灵敏度为73.9%,特异性100%,假阴性率为26.08%,正确诊断指数为0.739;平行检测的观察符合率是77.9%,Kappa值为50.23%;平行检测中符合率和粪便中毛蚴数量相关(R~2=0.9476)。结论常规粪便孵化法检测牛血吸虫病的特异性高,但灵敏度较低。
Objective To evaluate the authenticity and reliability of routine stool incubation for the detection of bovine schistosomiasis in the field. Methods Known schistosomiasis-positive cow dung and negative cow dung were respectively tested by hatching method for etiology, and the authenticity of hatching method was evaluated. The reliability of hatching method was tested in parallel. Results The sensitivity and specificity of stool incubation for detecting schistosomiasis were 73.9%, 100%, 26.08% and 0.739, respectively. The coincidence rate of parallel detection was 77.9% and Kappa value was 50.23%. In parallel detection The coincidence rate was related to the number of miracidia in the stool (R ~ 2 = 0.9476). Conclusion Conventional stool incubation method has high specificity for detecting bovine schistosomiasis, but its sensitivity is low.
