食用菌塑料袋制种具有成本低、使用和运输方便等优点.但生产中往往因塑料袋质量问题(如有砂眼),或操作不慎造成的袋壁破损,导致杂菌侵入.在北方低温季节因塑料袋硬脆,破袋现象尤为严重.为解决这个问题,我们采用的双层薄壁微孔料筒制种方法,在节约开支的情况下,达到透气好,发菌快,避免了破袋污染的目的.几年来,我们采用这种方法共制菌种11多万袋,无一袋因破袋造成污染,这项技术于1989年12月通过了市级鉴定.现将具体做法介绍如下.
