当前,对于高级优质钢用量的要求日增,如何在现有的基础上,不影响电炉钢的质量而扩大生产是有一定的意义。大家知道,转炉、电炉联炼法是提高电炉生产率、减低成本、节约废钢的途径之一。但就三联法(化铁炉,酸性转炉,硷性电炉)炼钢过程钢水气体含量变化情况及其成品质量的研究资料还不多。为了肯定三联法电炉钢的质量,本院曾协同某厂就合金结构钢种25?_3,60?_2,30???及20??钢号进行质量研究。
