二连裂谷系是由５０多个断陷组成，它们在相同的区域构造作用下，既有相似断陷演化史和相似构造发展史，又有独立的沉积单元和明显的外在可分性，各个断陷生油气潜力和油气富集程度相差极其悬殊。文中用裂谷盆地形成及演化的观点系统分析了断陷群的油气生成规律，总结出下白垩统的成油模式，指明二连裂谷系的勘探方向。
The second rift system is composed of more than 50 faulted faults. Under the same regional tectonics, they have both the history of similar fault depressions and the history of similar tectonics, as well as the independent sedimentary units and obvious separability , The potential of oil and gas in each fault depression and the degree of hydrocarbon enrichment vary greatly. In this paper, the law of hydrocarbon generation in fault-depression group is systematically analyzed from the point of view of the formation and evolution of rift basins. The oil formation pattern of Lower Cretaceous is concluded, indicating the exploration direction of Erlian rift system.
