目的:探讨护理质量管理对院感控制及护患纠纷率的影响。方法:选择2013年6月~2015年6月在浙江省丽水市中心医院诊治的140例患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组70例。观察组给予护理质量管理,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组感染情况和护患纠纷发生情况。结果:观察组感染情况和护患纠纷发生情况明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理质量管理能够有效提高护理质量,减少医院感染率,提高患者满意度。
Objective: To explore the impact of nursing quality control on hospital control and the rate of nurse-patient disputes. Methods: From June 2013 to June 2015, 140 patients diagnosed and treated in Central Hospital of Lishui, Zhejiang Province were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 70 cases in each group. The observation group was given quality management of nursing, while the control group was given routine nursing care. The incidence of nurse-patient dispute was compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of infection and nurse-patient disputes in observation group were significantly less than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nursing quality management can effectively improve nursing quality, reduce hospital infection rate and improve patient satisfaction.
