志愿人员对于组织而言是一种极具吸引力的资源。市场竞争的日益激烈,经费的紧张使得非政府组织需要大量的志愿人员来协助受薪雇员完成组织的目标与使命。本文拟从人力资源管理的视角出发,分析非政府组织对志愿人员招聘的前、中、后三个阶段,为非政府组织在吸引、挑选合格志愿人员方面提供参考。
Volunteers are an extremely attractive resource to organizations. Increasing market competition and tight funding have made NGOs in need of large numbers of volunteers to help salaried employees accomplish their goals and mission. This paper intends to analyze the three stages of recruitment of volunteers by non-governmental organizations from the perspective of human resource management and provide references for NGOs to attract and select qualified volunteers.
