高校图书馆的发展和创新,应在坚持科学发展观的指导下,开展以人为本的人性化服务。图书馆是获取信息资源的载体,高校图书馆应该以人为本的前提条件下,坚持以读者为本,提高服务质量,完善服务方式,丰富服务内容,是图书馆成为学生学习,教师科研的好去处。本文从以人为本服务理念的内涵和图书馆实施以人为本服务理念的措施两个方面介绍高校图书馆以人为本的服务理念。
The development and innovation of the university library should, under the guidance of the scientific concept of development, carry out the people-oriented human service. Library is the carrier of information resources. Under the prerequisite of people-oriented, university library should adhere to the principle of “reader-oriented”, improve service quality, improve service mode and enrich service contents. Library is a good place for students to learn and teachers research. This article introduces the people-oriented service concept of university library from the connotation of the people-oriented service concept and the measures of implementing the people-oriented service concept in the library.
