卷筒是拉丝机的重要零件。它的工作部分要求较高的硬度(HB300-400)、良好的耐磨性、较高的表面光洁度(?)和足够的疲劳强度,而其余部分又要有良好的切削加工性能。能否达到上述要求,对提高卷筒质量及其使用寿命具有重要意义,也是金属制品行业共同关心和探求的问题之一。几年来,在拉丝机卷筒冷硬铸造方面,我们进行了一些探索,通过反复实践,初步摸索出了一些经验。下面仅以7/450连续拉丝机卷筒(结构如图一所示)为例来谈谈拉丝机卷筒冷硬铸造方面的有关问题。
The reel is an important part of wire drawing machine. Its working part requires high hardness (HB300-400), good wear resistance, high surface finish (?) And sufficient fatigue strength, while the rest have good machinability. The ability to meet the above requirements is of great significance to improving the quality and service life of the reels and also one of the common concerns of the metal products industry. In recent years, we have carried out some explorations in the chill casting of wire drawing machine reels, and through trial and error, we have found some preliminary experiences. The following only 7/450 continuous wire drawing machine drum (structure shown in Figure 1) as an example to talk about the wire drawing machine chill casting related issues.
