粳、糯高粱杂交后,糯质表现为单基因隐性遗传,其 F_1代籽粒的支链淀粉含量比梗高粱增加,可改进酿酒品质.1989年采用4个梗质不育系与5个糯质恢复系按不完全双列杂交法配制20个组合,对其 F_1的性状及遗传参数进行了观察统计.1 杂种优势在各组合的 F_1中,穗粒重的优势均超过了大值亲本,95%的组合的穗粒数和千粒重的穗粒数和千粒重超过高亲值。75%组合的株高和穗长优势大于高亲值,95%组合的生育日数优势低于中亲值.说明梗糯间杂交 F_1代产量性状存在明显的杂种优势,可能培育出高产梗糯型杂交种.
