山西中南部铁路石岭则蔚汾河特大桥主桥,位于800 m半径的反向曲线上,最大墩高90 m。列车荷载为“中-活载(2005)ZH载”(重载列车)。主桥采用(70+3×120+70)m刚构一连续梁的结构形式。作为国内首条300 kN轴重重载铁路,本桥的设计、施工及运营均对以后的重载铁路桥梁设计有着深远的影响。需要解决高墩大跨结构体系设计中刚度和结构释放温度力协调问题、高墩设计问题、施工线形控制问题、工后残余徐变线形控制等技术难题。结构设计采用Bsas、Midas、Ansys等程序建模进行结构对比分析,各项指标均满足设计要求,并通过动力仿真分析,能满足列车通过时对安全性、舒适性、平稳性的要求。
