射频治疗技术已广泛应用于耳鼻咽喉疾病的治疗,我科自1997年3月开始应用此种疗法,取得满意效果,现报告如下。1 对象与方法1.1 对象 患耳鼻咽喉疾病的飞行人员42例,男39例,女3例,年龄18～44岁。其中歼击机飞行员11例,轰炸机、运输机飞行人员26例,民航飞行人员5例。计有慢性咽炎16例,单纯性鼻炎8例,肥大性鼻炎6例,过敏性鼻炎5例,鼻出血6例,鼻息肉1例。慢性咽炎患者主要表现为咽部异物感、咽
Radiofrequency ablation has been widely used in the treatment of otolaryngological diseases. Since March 1997, our department has applied this kind of therapy to achieve satisfactory results. The report is as follows. 1 Subjects and Methods 1.1 Subjects suffering from otolaryngology 42 cases of flight personnel, 39 males and 3 females, aged 18 to 44 years. Among them, there are 11 pilot fighter pilots, 26 bombers, 26 flight crew pilots and 5 civil aviation pilots. There are 16 cases of chronic pharyngitis, simple rhinitis in 8 cases, 6 cases of hypertrophic rhinitis, allergic rhinitis in 5 cases, 6 cases of nasal bleeding, nasal polyps in 1 case.
