进入21世纪以来,企业外部生存和发展环境发生了深刻变化,要求企业自身行为必须与之相适应。全球经济一体化,信息化时代的到来,世界市场的形成,加入WTO,民营企业的迅速崛起,使我们每时每刻都在参与着一场激烈、更残酷的全方位竞争。这一系列变化,使企业间信息交流渠道更加畅通,融资手段更加灵活,其产品、技术、人才竞争的幅度和空间趋小,而文化竞争以其不单为资金实力所左右的独特性、有效整合企业产品、技术人才优势的平台融合性
Since entering the 21st century, profound changes have taken place in the external environment for the survival and development of enterprises, and the enterprises’ own behaviors must be adapted to them. The advent of the global economy, the arrival of the information age, the formation of a world market, the accession to the WTO and the rapid rise of private enterprises have enabled us to participate in a fierce and cruel all-round competition every moment of the year.
