患者30岁,已婚.因突发性下腹疼进行性加重6h,于1994—02—22入院.既往月经不规律,周期为40～60天,经期5天,量正常.末次月经不清.入院前6h 突然出现下腹部持续性疼痛,时轻时重,以左下腹部明显.发病4h 后疼痛加重,并出现肛门坠胀感.发病以前无阴道流血及恶心呕吐,未进食水.发病以前无明显停经、经量减少及类似早孕反应症状.婚后七年未孕,病困不清1993年曾确诊为卵巢囊肿未治疗.查体:血压14.3/8kPa,脉搏96次/分,表情痛苦,面色灰白,睑结膜苍
