针对货通铸钢上心盘的裂损和磨耗问题,十几年来,有关部门和工厂相继试验研究改进方法和实践,先后发表的论文不下20篇。本文结合现代冶金技术,在弹塑性理论指导下,运用应变—寿命法,对锻钢心盘采用的板坯连铸,可控轧制的原材料性能,对锻造工艺的选择,对上、下心盘的综合经济技术指标进行了大量理论分析与试验。从而,在国内首次采用锻造工艺生产货车心盘,并取得了较满意的成果。
