为解决陈四楼煤矿孤岛工作面沿空掘巷巷道支护技术难题,结合沿空掘巷煤柱稳定性影响因素,通过选定几种支护形式在21502轨道顺槽进行支护试验,对比不同支护材料的支护效果,根据不同支护材料的自身特性,优化21502带式输送顺槽巷道支护设计。在巷道沿空侧巷帮肩窝和底脚采用短锚索代替锚杆使用,巷帮变形得到有效的控制,大大减少了锚杆被压断的数量,提高了巷帮煤壁的稳定性,降低了支护成本。
