根据阀门往复端面密封的要求,设计一种平板凸轮机构作为阀门的执行机构。分析了凸轮偏心距、凸轮轮廓的形位误差与从动件的位移关系。提出了由偏心距误差和凸轮轮廓几何误差引起的从动件位移误差计算公式。指出了偏心距误差和凸轮轮廓几何误差对端面密封压缩量的影响情况,获得该凸轮执行机构的容差能力。
According to the requirements of the reciprocating seal of the valve, a flat cam mechanism is designed as the actuator of the valve. The relationship between eccentricity of cam and shape error of cam profile and follower is analyzed. The formulas for calculating the displacement error of the follower caused by the eccentricity error and the geometric error of the cam profile are proposed. The influence of the eccentricity error and the geometry error of the cam profile on the amount of end seal compression is pointed out, and the tolerance of the cam actuator is obtained.
