毕业生就业质量的高低是衡量高校办学质量的优劣和人才培养成效的显著与否的重要标准,而大学生迈向社会的第一步就是就业。高职高专院校就业指导教育中,长期以来毕业生所表现出来的就业心理冲突问题制约学生顺利就业。因此,本文分析了高职院校的毕业生在的常见就业心理问题,研究了高职高专毕业生就业心理调适的方法。从而切实提高毕业生就业工作的实效性。
