根据氯丁橡胶在空气、海水中的老化实验结果,用非线性回归法处理数据,分别计算了该橡胶在海水和空气中的老化动力学参数.结果表明,在相同温度条件下,橡胶在海水中比在空气中的老化表观活化能大,在海水中的老化速率常数比在空气中大,证明介质对老化速度有较大的影响,在海水中比在空气中更容易老化.用不同性能指标计算得到的动力学参数不同,得到的老化动力学参数为预测材料的寿命、老化程度提供了参考.“,”The aging kinetic parameters of the neoprene aged in air and in seawater were calculated by non-linear regression method based on the accelerated aging test.The results showed that the ap-parent activation energy of the neoprene aged in seawater is larger than that in air.The aging rate con-stant of the neoprene aged in the seawater is also larger than that in air.The medium has great influ-ence to the aging rate.The neoprene aged more easily in the water than in air.The kinetic parameters calculated by different performance index are not same.The aging kinetic parameters provided reference to predict the service life and aging degree of neoprene.
