基于BIM技术研发检测评定(JCPD)系统,梳理了检测评定工作流程,实现了建筑工程结构鉴定工作内容及业务管理的程序化和智能化,把建筑物的材料强度、构件尺寸、配筋情况、裂缝状况、安全性复核、评定等级等重要实测信息与建筑模型关联,给检测鉴定报告的规范化管理提供技术平台。本文以某三层钢筋混凝土框架结构检测鉴定的实测工作为例,给出检测评定工作中亟需解决的问题,包括自然层概念、检测数据智能处理及自动归档、结构验算及鉴定辅助评级等。可帮助检测人员提供更直观、更透明、更直接的数据资料,形成项目的检测鉴定数据库与建筑信息模型,也为建筑物全寿命过程的BIM应用实现提供基础。
Based on the BIM R & D, testing and evaluation (JCPD) system, the testing and evaluation work flow was reviewed, and the procedural and intelligent management of construction project qualification and business management were realized. The material strength, component size, reinforcement, Crack status, safety review, rating and other important test information associated with the building model, provide a technical platform for the standardized management of testing reports. In this paper, taking a survey of a certain three-story reinforced concrete frame structure as an example, the problems to be solved urgently in the testing and assessment work are given, including the concept of natural layer, intelligent processing and automatic filing of inspection data, structural checking and identification of auxiliary grade. It can help inspectors to provide more intuitive, transparent and direct data to form the project’s detection and identification database and building information model. It also provides a basis for the realization of BIM application of the whole life cycle of a building.
