To gain insight into the biological role of angiogenin and to explore its possible biological functions in immunity, hematopoiesis, angiogenesis and neurogenesis, we selected a variety of cells and tissues for experimental analysis of the ANG study. The results showed that: ECV304 and COS7 cells have a role in promoting proliferation, and can significantly promote the adhesion of ECV304 cells; Ang has a significant role in promoting proliferation of KG-1a, and its specific molecular mechanism needs further in-depth Ang, which had no effect on the formation of colonies by hematopoietic stem cells, also found no synergism with GM-CSF. The lack of direct effect of Ang on the dorsal root ganglion of chick embryo may have an effect on the growth of glial cells.
