我厂生产的20MnSi和25MnSi螺纹钢筋,由于轧机条件的限制,轧制温度较高,终轧温度多在1000℃以上,钢中不同程度地存在针状铁索体。按传统概念,这些具有明显魏氏组织的钢性能低劣。但事实相反,钢的组织越花,综合性能越好,它不仅有高的强度,而且又有良好的塑性。一、针状铁索体钢的组织特点针状铁素体钢,其组织特点,在原奥氏体晶界分布着细块状铁素体,原奥氏体晶粒内部则弥散地分布着杂乱无章的针状铁素体。二、试验方法 1.试验钢化学成分试验钢的化学成分如表1所示。 2.用A、B、C和D四个炉号制成直径
