心理资本是超越人力资本和社会资本的一种核心心理要素,对提升高校出版编辑的工作绩效有着积极效应。通过对部分高校出版社314位出版编辑的问卷调查及深度访谈,发现高校出版编辑在自我效能、乐观、希望、韧性等心理资本的基本维度上普遍较低,分析了高校出版编辑心理资本提升的主要影响因素,并提出了相应对策,以加强对新形势下高校出版编辑的人文关怀和心理疏导,确保出版行业健康快速发展。
Psychological capital is a core psychological element that goes beyond human capital and social capital, and has a positive effect on improving the performance of publishing and editing in colleges and universities. Through the questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with 314 editorial editors of some college publishing houses, it finds that editorial publishing editors in universities are generally low in the basic dimensions of psychological capital such as self-efficacy, optimism, hope, resilience and so on. Main influencing factors, and put forward corresponding countermeasures to strengthen the humane care and psychological counseling of publishing and editing colleges and universities in the new situation, to ensure the healthy and rapid development of the publishing industry.
