目的:观察土茯苓萆薢方联合美洛昔康片对急性痛风性关节炎患者白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和核转录因子-κBp65(NF-κBp65)表达的影响。方法:选取80例急性痛风性关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予美洛昔康片治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上加用土茯苓萆薢方治疗,观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后IL-1β和NF-κBp65的表达情况。结果:总有效率观察组为97.50%,高于对照组的85.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组IL-1β和NF-κBp65值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组IL-1β和NF-κBp65值均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组的IL-1β和NF-κBp65值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:土茯苓萆薢方联合美洛昔康片治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效显著,能显著抑制IL-1β、NK-κBp65表达。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of Fufang Yuliufang combined with meloxicam on the expression of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and nuclear factor-κBp65 (NF-κBp65) in patients with acute gouty arthritis. Methods: Eighty patients with acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). The control group was treated with meloxicam tablets. The observation group was treated with tuckahoe xiefan recipe on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and the expression of IL-1β and NF-κBp65 before and after treatment were observed. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than that in the control group (85.00%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the values of IL-1βand NF-κBp65 between the two groups (P> 0.05). After treatment, the values of IL-1β and NF-κBp65 in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). The levels of IL-1β and NF-κBp65 in the two groups were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Tuckahoe Fang combined with meloxicam tablets treatment of acute gouty arthritis significant effect, can significantly inhibit the expression of IL-1β, NK-κBp65.
