爆炸腔内冲击载荷的大小和分布,直接关系到钣金零件的成形和爆炸机床的强度计算与结构安排。目前尚未看到有测试4000公斤/厘米~2峰压的测试仪器。为了解决设计和生产上的急需,提出了一种新的测试方案,并做了一系列的实验。本文从理论和实验的结合上进行了论述,认为这种测试方法简单易行,很适于生产上的应用。 冲击载荷的测试已成为迫切需要解决的问题。据我们所知,目前只能测试数以万计和小于1500公斤/厘米~2的冲击载荷,对中间压力的测试仍有困难。为了解决急需,我们试用了炮用测压弹等四种方法,但由于每种测试方法都受到条件的限制,仍不能解决问题。因此,又提出了一种新的测试方案。本文对四种测试方法和新提出的测试方案进行了论述。
The size and distribution of the impact load inside the explosion cavity are directly related to the strength calculation and structure arrangement of the sheet metal parts forming and explosion machine tool. There are currently no test equipment for testing 4000kg / cm ~ 2 peak pressure. In order to solve the urgent need of design and production, a new test scheme was put forward and a series of experiments were done. This article discusses the combination of theory and experiment, that this test method is simple and easy, it is suitable for production applications. Impact load testing has become an urgent problem to be solved. In order to solve the urgent need, we have tried four methods such as gun bomb, but because of each test method are subject to conditions, still can not solve the problem. Therefore, a new test scheme is proposed. This article discusses four test methods and the proposed test program.
