本文主要介绍大体积水样中129I的测定方法及示范应用。100L以上的环境水样用强碱性阴离子交换树脂(201×7Cl型)搅拌吸附浓集,活性氯浓度8.0%的NaClO溶液解吸,CCl4萃取,水反萃,AgNO3沉淀制成AgI源,用串列加速器质谱计(AMS)测定129I。方法回收率60%以上。最小可探测限为2×10-10Bq/L,比目前通用的中子活化分析法低4~5个数量级。通过首次对全国有关地区环境水样中129I的测定所获得的满意结果,表明该法简便、快速、灵敏度很高,适用于各种环境水样。
This article mainly introduces the determination method and demonstration application of 129I in bulk water samples. 100L above water sample was strongly agitated with strongly basic anion exchange resin (201 × 7Cl type), AgN source was precipitated by stirring, NaClO solution with active chlorine concentration of 8.0%, CCl4 extraction, water stripping and AgNO3 precipitation, 129I was determined by tandem accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS). Method recovery rate of 60%. The minimum detectable limit is 2 × 10 -10 Bq / L, which is 4 to 5 orders of magnitude lower than the current common neutron activation analysis method. Satisfactory results obtained from the determination of 129I in the environmental water samples of the relevant regions of the country for the first time show that this method is simple, rapid and sensitive and suitable for all kinds of environmental water samples.
