目的:优化红花减压辅助提取的工艺参数,为该工艺的推广与应用提供参考。方法:以羟基红花黄色素A得率为指标,采用响应面分析法对乙醇体积分数、沸腾温度、提取次数、提取时间等参数进行考察,结合扫描电镜微观分析不同处理方式药材表面的微观形态。结果:最佳提取工艺为加20倍量50%乙醇于65℃提取2次,每次42 min。羟基红花黄色素A得率1.51%。结论:优选的减压提取工艺稳定可靠,羟基红花黄色素A得率显著高于传统回流提取法,提示减压提取法适合中药材中热敏性成分的提取。
Objective: To optimize the process parameters of extraction assisted by safflower, and provide reference for the popularization and application of the process. Methods: The parameters of ethanol concentration, boiling temperature, extraction times and extraction time were investigated by response surface analysis (RSM), and microscopic analysis of microscopic morphology of the surface of medicinal materials by scanning electron microscopy . Results: The best extraction process for 20 times the amount of 50% ethanol extraction at 65 ℃ twice, each 42 min. Hydroxysafflor yellow A yield was 1.51%. Conclusion: The optimal decompression extraction process is stable and reliable. The yield of hydroxysafflor yellow A is significantly higher than that of the traditional reflux extraction method, which suggests that decompression extraction is suitable for the extraction of thermosensitive components in Chinese herbal medicines.
