很“究竟是大公司好?还是小公司好?”很多人面临职业抉择的时候,常常会陷于这样的两难之中。选择大公司的理由不外乎福利好,制度完善,有比较多的在职训练机会,而且,大树底下好乘凉,工作稳定,以后一般不用跳来跳去。不过,根据我国国情和专家意见,当你计划“从起点高的地方开始往上爬”的时候,这种想法反而更可能会耽误你的前程。一般说来,大公司由于机构设置比较庞大,繁文缛节比较多,运作起来总不如中小企业灵活,特别是在我国的市场经济条件下,这一弱势就更突出。另外,目前规模比较小的公司,其谋求发展的意愿都很强,这就决定了它对新观念、新技术吸收比较快,因此其间就自然蕴含着更多的升迁
