一、前言鉴于唐山地区对金矿限电的要求,节电已成为该矿维持正常生产所刻不容缓的问题。在北京钢铁学院协助下,经过两年多努力,确定了通风节能改造方案,采用了K35-No15风机三台在不同位置并联的通风系统,使装机总功率从350千瓦下降到165千瓦。在保持原有风量97米~3/秒的基础上,实际耗电由276千瓦降到78千瓦,年节电量达161万千瓦·时,节电率为71.7%。K35风机在系统中工作半年证明,运转可靠,性能稳
I. Preface In view of the requirements of the limited power of gold mine in Tangshan area, power saving has become an urgent issue for the mine to maintain its normal production. With the help of Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel, after more than two years of hard work, the program of ventilation and energy conservation was established. Three ventilation systems with K35-No15 fans were installed in parallel at different positions to reduce the total installed power from 350 kW to 165 kW. On the basis of maintaining the original air volume of 97m ~ 3 / s, the actual power consumption dropped from 276kW to 78kW and the annual power saving reached 1.61 million kwh, saving electricity rate of 71.7%.
