在经济快速发展的今天,为了缓解越来越拥挤的城市交通,地铁已经成为了大中型城市的交通发展首选。地铁的无故障、无污染、舒适、准点的特性保障了每天城市的大量乘客发送,减少了公路交通的压力和污染。在人们将地铁交通视为居家生活必备交通的情况下,对于地铁系统高效运行提出了更高的要求。地铁的BAS系统本着以人为本的宗旨,通过对众多设备需要的控制和实时监控,保障地铁运营环境的稳定、舒适,所以应运而生了各种各样的BAS系统满足要求。其中在北京地铁5号线、北京地铁1号线、深圳地铁3号线、重庆地铁3号线等等的众多项目中使用了西门子的PLC+WINCC系统。在这些地铁BAS系统中采用西门子的S7400H的CPU+ET200M的双总线网络构成PLC,以WINCC作为组态软件构成人机对话界面,现实对BAS系统的所有设备的安全高效运行。西门子系统的稳定性、开放性及强大的通讯功能在该项目中得到了充分体现。本文简要介绍了地铁BAS项目的系统结构及技术要点,并结合地铁BAS系统的控制要求,对系统实现的特殊功能作相应的介绍。
In today’s rapid economic development, in order to ease the increasingly crowded urban traffic, the subway has become the first choice of transportation development in large and medium-sized cities. The metro’s trouble-free, pollution-free, comfortable and on-site features ensure the daily delivery of large numbers of passengers and reduce the pressure and pollution of road traffic. In people’s subway traffic as the essential traffic of home life circumstances, for the efficient operation of the subway system put forward higher requirements. Based on the principle of people-oriented, the BAS system of the subway meets the requirements of a wide range of BAS systems through the control and real-time monitoring of the numerous equipment required to ensure the stability and comfort of the subway operating environment. Among them, Siemens PLC + WINCC system was used in many projects such as Beijing Metro Line 5, Beijing Metro Line 1, Shenzhen Metro Line 3, Chongqing Metro Line 3 and so on. In these subway BAS system using Siemens S7400H CPU + ET200M dual bus network constitutes a PLC to WINCC as the configuration software constitutes a man-machine dialogue interface, the reality of all the BAS system, the safe and efficient operation of equipment. Siemens system stability, openness and strong communication capabilities in the project has been fully reflected. This article briefly introduces the system structure and technical points of subway BAS project, and introduces the special functions of the system in combination with the control requirements of subway BAS system.
