针对材质为Q160的低屈服强度钢和Q345钢,对表面处理采用喷丸和喷硬质石英砂的试件进行高强度螺栓摩擦型连接试验。通过试验了解两种接触面处理方法对抗滑移系数的影响,并对Q160试件和Q345试件进行比较。试验结果表明,采用硬质石英砂处理试件的抗滑移系数高于采用喷丸处理的试件;Q160试件的摩擦系数并未因为强度降低而降低。因此,提出Q160低屈服强度钢高强度螺栓摩擦型连接设计时可采用与Q345相同的抗滑移系数的建议。
For the Q160 low yield strength steel and Q345 steel, the surface treatment using shot peening and hard quartz sand specimens for high-strength bolt friction type connection test. Through the test, the influence of the two contact surface treatment methods on the anti-slip coefficient was studied, and the Q160 and Q345 test pieces were compared. The experimental results show that the anti-slip coefficient of specimens treated with hard quartz sand is higher than that of shot-peening specimens. The friction coefficient of Q160 specimen does not decrease due to the decrease of strength. Therefore, the Q160 low yield strength steel high-strength bolt friction connection design can be used with Q345 anti-slip coefficient of the same recommendations.
