结合《高强钢结构设计规程》编制工作,针对3种不同强度的高强度钢材焊缝连接的力学性能进行试验研究。分别对9个对接接头焊缝进行拉伸试验,得到3种材料焊缝的拉伸应力-应变关系,通过对18个角焊缝搭接接头进行的拉伸试验观测其破坏形态,并依据平均焊脚尺寸计算了角焊缝的极限强度。试验结果表明,随着钢材强度的提高,焊缝连接受拉破坏形式依然呈延性破坏,但破坏程度逐渐增大且呈现出脆断倾向。数据分析表明,正面角焊缝接头的刚度大于侧面角焊缝,且正面角焊缝的极限强度至少可以达到侧面角焊缝的1.43倍。
Combined with the compilation work of “Design Code for High Strength Steel Structure”, the mechanical properties of three kinds of high strength steel welded joints with different strength were studied. Tensile tests were carried out on the weld of the nine butt joints respectively. Tensile stress-strain relations of the weld of the three materials were obtained. The failure mode was observed by tensile test on the lap joints of 18 fillet welds, The fillet size calculates the ultimate strength of the fillet weld. The experimental results show that with the increase of the strength of the steel, the ductile failure of the weld joint is still ductilely damaged, but the damage degree gradually increases and shows a tendency of brittle fracture. The data analysis shows that the stiffness of the front fillet weld is larger than that of the side fillet weld, and the ultimate strength of the front fillet weld can reach at least 1.43 times of the side fillet weld.
