将3,4,9,10-苝四酸二酐(PTCDA)分别与单层二硫化钼(MoS_2)和石墨烯结合构成有机-无机异质结,并研究其荧光性能。在MoS_2/PTCDA体系中,PTCDA的荧光强度显著增强,这是因为MoS2表面促进了PTCDA外延生长;而在石墨烯/PTCDA体系中,PTCDA的荧光强度明显减弱,这主要是因为该异质结内光生电子发生了跃迁转移。
3,4,9,10-perylenetetracarboxylic dianhydride (PTCDA) was combined with monolayer MoS_2 and graphene respectively to form organic-inorganic heterojunctions, and their fluorescence properties were studied. In MoS 2 / PTCDA system, the fluorescence intensity of PTCDA was significantly enhanced because the surface of MoS 2 promoted the epitaxial growth of PTCDA.
