目的分析杜仲炮制最佳的温度,从而为杜仲炮制温度的控制提供理论依据。方法将《药典》中要求的“断丝”作为试验标准,充分利用电热干燥箱烘烤法对杜仲炮制最佳的温度进行研究分析。结果本组研究结果显示,在140℃的时候2个小时没有断丝,在160℃断丝后继续烘烤半小时未炭化。通过实验数据发现,杜仲胶的最低破坏温度为160℃,断丝时间与温度呈负相关关系,统计学处理P<0.05;另一方面,当温度升高的时候,炭化和断丝之间的时间也不断缩短,当温度达到210℃的时候几乎在断丝的同时药材也发生炭化。由试验结果表明,杜仲炮制最佳的温度为180℃。结论本组试验为杜仲最佳炮制温度的控制提供了更多更可行的依据。
Objective To analyze the optimum temperature of Eucommia and to provide a theoretical basis for the control of Eucommia processing temperature. Methods The “breaking wire” required by the “Pharmacopoeia” was used as the test standard. The optimum temperature of the Eucommia ulmoides processing was studied and analyzed by using the electric oven drying method. Results The results of this group showed that there was no broken filament at 140°C for 2 hours, and after baking at 160°C, the filaments continued to be baked for half an hour without charring. According to the experimental data, the lowest destruction temperature of gutta percha is 160°C, and the broken wire time is negatively correlated with the temperature, and the statistical treatment is P<0.05; on the other hand, when the temperature rises, the carbonization and broken filaments are The time is also shortening. When the temperature reaches 210°C, the material is also charred almost at the same time as the broken wire. The experimental results show that the optimum temperature for processing of Eucommia is 180°C. Conclusion This group of experiments provides more and more feasible basis for the control of the optimum processing temperature of Eucommia.
