台商从上世纪80年代开始到大陆投资创业,大多数企业家经过艰苦奋斗取得了成功,打下了坚实的根基、积累了丰富的经验。但是,很多台商年事已高,很多台资企业面临传承接班的问题。为培养台商二代接班人,实现台资企业传承发展,2011年全国台企联成立新世代·新青年功能委员会。6年来,青年委员会秉持交流、学习、成长、传承的宗旨,通过培训等活动,为引导台商二代成长发展搭建平台。
Since the 1980s, Taiwan businessmen started to invest and start their business in the Mainland. Most entrepreneurs have achieved success through hard work, laid a solid foundation and accumulated rich experience. However, many Taiwanese businesses are already old and many Taiwanese-funded enterprises are facing the problem of succession succession. In order to cultivate the successors of the second generation of Taiwanese businessmen and realize the inheritance and development of Taiwan-funded enterprises, in 2011 the National Taiwan Association of Enterprises and Colleges established the New Generation and New Youth Functional Committee. Over the past six years, the Youth Commission has upheld the principle of exchange, study, growth and inheritance and set up a platform for guiding the growth and development of the second generation of Taiwanese businessmen through training and other activities.
