目的对云南省1997-2010年分离的新型肠道病毒进行基因测序定型并对EV75、EV96的基因特征进行分析。方法按文献报道的方法对云南省1997-2010年急性迟缓性麻痹病例(AFP)及2007-2010年健康人群中分离的“不能定型的肠道病毒(untypable enteroviruses)”进行RT-PCR和VP1区测序定型。结果共检测到7种新型肠道病毒,计25株。其中,A组病毒1个血清型(EV76,2株),B组病毒5个血清型(EV73,3株;EV75,3株;EV80,2株;EV81,1株;EV83,3株),C组病毒1个血清型(EV96,11株)。7种新型肠道病毒中,EV96分离年份最广:在AFP病例中于1998年、1999年、2000年和2004年分离到,在健康人群中于2010年分离到。结论新型肠道病毒在云南省分布广泛,尤其以EV96型分离数最多,分离年份最广。EV75、EV96具有基因多样性特点,但新型肠道病毒与疾病的关系值得进一步研究。
Objective To analyze the genotypes of novel enterovirus isolated from 1997 to 2010 in Yunnan province and analyze the genetic characteristics of EV75 and EV96. Methods RT-PCR and RT-PCR were performed on untreated enteroviruses isolated from acute lameness paralysis cases (AFP) from 1997 to 2010 in Yunnan Province and healthy population from 2007 to 2010 according to the methods reported in the literature VP1 region sequencing and typing. Results A total of 7 new enteroviruses were detected, accounting for 25 strains. Among them, group A viruses had one serotype (EV76, strain 2) and group B, five serotypes (EV73, 3, EV75, 3, EV80, 2, EV81, EV83, and EV83) Group C virus 1 serotype (EV96, 11 strains). Of the seven new enterovirus types, the EV96 was the most widely separated in the year: it was isolated in AFP cases in 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2004 and was isolated in 2010 among healthy individuals. Conclusion The new enterovirus is widely distributed in Yunnan Province, especially EV96 with the largest number of isolates and the widest separation year. EV75, EV96 have the characteristics of gene diversity, but the relationship between the new enterovirus and the disease warrants further study.
