目的：探讨缺铁性贫血（ＩＤＡ）儿童的血细胞参数、红细胞分布宽度（ＲＤＷ）与血清铁（ｓＩ）、总铁结合力（ＴＩＢＣ）、血清铁饱和度（Ｔｓ）的相关性。方法：以Ｆ－８２０血细胞分析仪测ＲＤＷ，用联吡啶显色法测定铁，ＭｇＣＯ２吸附法测定总铁结合力，计算血清铁饱和度。结果：ＩＤＡ患儿ＲＤＷ与ＴＩＢＣ呈正相关，与ｓＩ、Ｔｓ呈负相关。结论：临床上ＲＤＷ检测对ＩＤＡ筛查是一种简便快速的方法。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between blood cell parameters, RDW, serum iron (sI), total iron binding capacity (TIBC) and serum iron saturation (Ts) in children with iron deficiency anemia (IDA). Methods: RDW was measured by F-820 hematology analyzer, iron was determined by bipyridine colorimetric method, total iron binding capacity was measured by MgCO 2 adsorption method, serum iron saturation was calculated. Results: There was a positive correlation between RDW and TIBC in children with IDA and a negative correlation with sI and Ts. Conclusion: RDW screening in clinic is a quick and easy method for IDA screening.
