建立了一种利用负载有1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)的微晶酚酞作为固相萃取剂分离富集环境水样中痕量Cu(Ⅱ)的新方法.控制一定的酸度(pH1.0),能够实现Cu(Ⅱ)与Cd(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Al(Ⅲ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、Hg(Ⅱ)等常见阳离子的完全分离;富集因数可达200倍,检测限为0.03μg·L-1,回收率在96.8%~105%之间,相对标准偏差小于2.5%.该方法已成功用于环境水样中痕量Cu(Ⅱ)的测定,结果满意.
A new method for the separation and enrichment of trace Cu (Ⅱ) in environmental water samples using microcrystalline phenolphthalein loaded with 1- (2-pyridylazo) -2-naphthol (PAN) as solid-phase extraction solvent was developed. Under the control of a certain acidity (pH1.0), Cu (Ⅱ) and Cd (Ⅱ), Pb (Ⅱ), Mn (Ⅱ), Co (Ⅱ), Fe (Ⅲ), Ni (Ⅱ) ), Zn (Ⅱ), Hg (Ⅱ) and other common cations were separated completely. The enrichment factor was up to 200 times, the detection limit was 0.03μg · L-1 and the recovery was between 96.8% and 105%. The relative standard deviation Less than 2.5% .The method has been successfully applied to the determination of trace Cu (Ⅱ) in environmental water samples with satisfactory results.
