本文报道了基于氯氮卓与2,4-二硝基苯酚在水溶液中的荷移反应测定氯氮卓含量的方法。详细研究了荷移反应的条件和影响荷移反应的因素,结果表明,氯氮卓与2,4-二硝基苯酚于20 oC水溶液中恒温20分钟即可形成1:1的络合物;在其最大吸收波长444 nm处表观摩尔吸光系数为 e=1.48103 Lmol-1cm-1;并在 2.8~96 mgmL-1范围内符合比尔定律;方法的相对标准偏差为0.32%。将拟定的方法应用于氯氮卓片剂样品含量的测定,并与药典法相比较,结果基本一致。
In this paper, a method for the determination of chlordiazepoxide content based on the shift reaction of chlordiazepoxide and 2,4-dinitrophenol in aqueous solution was reported. The conditions of the charge-transfer reaction and the factors influencing the charge-transfer reaction were studied in detail. The results showed that the 1: 1 complex was formed when the chlordiazepoxide and 2,4-dinitrophenol were incubated at 20oC for 20 minutes. The apparent molar absorptivity at the maximum absorption wavelength of 444 nm was e = 1.48103 Lmol-1cm-1. The Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 2.8 ~ 96 mg mL-1. The relative standard deviation was 0.32%. The proposed method was applied to the determination of the content of clozapine tablets samples, and compared with the pharmacopoeia, the results are basically the same.
