介紹采用高溫成胶油氨柱成型的方法制得堆比重0.3克厘米~3,顆粒度1.5—2.2毫米的γ-氧化鋁小球的工艺过程和主要控制因素。这种γ-氧化鋁的孔結构基本上是双分散結构,它作为載体制咸的长鏈烷烃脫氢催化剂有优良的性能。
This paper introduces the process and the main control factors of γ-alumina pellets with a specific gravity of 0.3 g cm ~ 3 and a particle size of 1.5-2.2 mm by using the method of high temperature gel forming of ammonia column. The pore structure of this γ-alumina is basically a bimodal structure which has excellent properties as a long-chain alkane dehydrogenation catalyst for the carrier.
