随着我国经济的飞速发展以及社会主义现代化建设的逐步完善,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,而人才优势也成为了其立于不败之地的关键。在市场经济全面开放的大背景下,人力资源在企业中的作用得以日渐凸显,传统的人才管理模式已经无法适应社会发展的新要求,现代化的企业人力资源管理办法也应运而生。虽然,人们已经逐步明确了人力资源在企业发展中的巨大作用,但是在具体的管理实施中,仍旧存在很多问题。本文就根据企业人力资源管理的现状,简单阐述一下其所存在的主要问题,并分析它的巨大优势,从而提出切实可行的对策加以管理,为企业进一步发展奠定坚实的基础。
With the rapid economic development in our country and the gradual improvement of socialist modernization, the competition among enterprises is getting fiercer and fiercer, and the talent advantage has also become the key to its invincibility. Based on the status quo of human resource management in enterprises, this article briefly explains its main problems and analyzes its great advantages so as to put forward feasible measures to manage and lay a solid foundation for the further development of the enterprises.
